RECRUITING PROCESS
At EXIANCE, our clients benefit from a consistently applied recruiting and quality assurance model. Our model was developed from decades of experience, real world application, client feedback, and academic research and validation. While no process is 100% fool proof, our goal is to minimize "false positives" through our consistent and comprehensive process. Our recruitment team identifies our candidate's technical competency, key behavioral attributes, past performance, learning agility, and various other attributes to provide a highly predictive index to their future performance within your environment.
Key elements of our recruiting and quality assurance process are:
- Development of a thorough understanding of clients' business model, structure, specific competency gaps, corporate culture, and any discepancy between current and expected results.
- Working with our Clients to develop, refine, or benchmark requirement specifications and /or compensation design.
- Development of our clients' immediate and future IT competency demands, so that our recruiters can proactively develop a pool of pre-qualified candidates in advance of receiving specific job requirements.
- Targeted recruiting strategies are developed for each search, leveraging candidate networks established by each specialized recruiter, targeted employers, an internal candidate database of over 500,000 resumes, our proprietary job board and national and regional specialized job boards and tools.
- Candidates are prescreened by phone and interviewed face to face utilizing a structured behavioral based methodology. Additional Technical testing is available for specific applications.
- Development of a candidate "short list" of those candidates that meet both the skill and behavioral attributes.
- Facilitation of candidate interviews and corresponding feedback with client sponsors.
- Confirmation of client hiring process, final decisions, and final negotiation.
- Ongoing communication between Client and Candidate to ensure proper fit and integration within the environment.
