Skill-Based Training

Although training is not always the right approach, it is when an identified deficiency exists in a specific skill or ability necessary for current or future on-the-job success.   We provide highly professional, customized, just-in-time training in a classroom, web-based or blended approach.  We cover a variety of business and leadership subjects where we have depth and expertise, such as the EXIANCE Business Detective Series and EXIANCE Leadership Bootcamp.


Train-the-Trainer

Train-the-Trainer is an affordable and efficient option for implementing large-scale learning and change management initiatives.  First, a group of internal trainers is selected.  Second, customized training content and delivery methods are developed.  All trainers then participate in a presentation skills workshop and receive in-depth content training complete with instructor’s facilitation notes.  Next, the trainers train the organization and we work with you to measure success.


Experiential Learning

Without opportunities for practical, on-the-job experience, performance improvements are often fleeting.  We help our clients architect experiential learning events to practice new skills and close competency gaps.  These activities include special “stretch” assignments, strategic projects, action learning, or other tailored real world experiences that support the performance of the organization by simultaneously developing leaders and tackling important business issues.


Team Building Workshops
