ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
EXIANCE is often engaged by Boards, investors, owners, or financial institutions to identify or validate performance issues, identify opportunities, or determine the viability of a business or operating unit. This process includes, but is not limited to, an assessment of the:
- Relative strength and capabilities of leadership team
- Strength and clarity of strategic plan
- Marketing / product viability / value proposition / product mix
- Cash flow / key financial metrics
- Operational flow / system constraints
- Infrastructure and support systems

PROCESS
We conduct an initial due diligence meeting with the key sponsors to gather pertinent information on the company/capital structure, business model, market forces, depth of management team, specific challenges, etc. Based on the outcome of our initial due diligence, we select the right associates on our team with the requisite industry experience, depth, and behavioral attributes to manage and execute the process.
Once the individual or small team has been identified and deployed, we engage in a comprehensive process in evaluating the business model and the management team that drives it.
This process includes, but is not limited to, one on one structured behavioral based interviews with key staff, analysis of source data / modeling / forecasting, competitive analysis / benchmarking, market research, process mapping, etc.
WORK PRODUCT
A written and verbal presentation for the Client identifying the best course of action to bridge the gap between their current and ideal state. |
