CODE OF CONDUCT - CLIENTS
We strive to dispel the many stereotypes of consulting and search firms. EXIANCE insists on the highest ethical standards for all of our associates. Our transparency and consistency in who we are in our personal and professional lives signals to others how we conduct business. Our reputation and commitment to excellence also attracts those committed to the same ideals.
Communication: Clients will be communicated with in a direct, honest, and straight forward manner.
- Clients will be updated on a regular basis on the status of any engagements and informed immediately if there are any obstacles that might impede our ability to meet your expectations.
- Our associates will do their level best to be candid and objective in all communications.
Confidentiality: Information disclosed to EXIANCE during any engagement will remain confidential.
- Any conflict of interest with a potential Client will be disclosed prior to engagement acceptance.
- EXIANCE representatives will not disclose client matters to third parties unless permitted by Client.
- EXIANCE will maintain the security of Client correspondence.
- EXIANCE will not use the name of Client in executing search assignments unless Client agrees in advance.
Integrity: EXIANCE strives to develop equitable arrangements between prospective Candidates and Clients. We represent our Clients interests while remaining fair to our Candidates.
- EXIANCE does not send resumes / profiles of Candidates that we have not been screened in advance.
- Once engaged, EXIANCE does not offer the same Candidate to different Clients at the same time.
Quality Assurance: Clients should expect that EXIANCE delivers a quality product at a reasonable price.
- All Candidates represented by EXIANCE go through a rigorous 6 step quality assurance process.
- ALL Candidates we represent have background checks performed prior to placement. Candidates in Executive positions or Financial positions have credit checks performed prior to placement.
- We offer a liberal guarantee for all placements if the appointed Candidate leaves the Client without reasonable cause.
