• Any conflict of interest with a potential Client will be disclosed prior to engagement acceptance.
• EXIANCE representatives will not disclose client matters to third parties unless permitted by Client.
• EXIANCE will maintain the security of Client correspondence.
• EXIANCE will not use the name of Client in executing search assignments unless Client agrees in advance.

• EXIANCE does not send resumes / profiles of Candidates that we have not been screened in advance.
• Once engaged, EXIANCE does not offer the same Candidate to different Clients at the same time.

• All Candidates represented by EXIANCE go through a rigorous 6 step quality assurance process.
• ALL Candidates we represent have background checks performed prior to placement. Candidates in Executive positions or Financial positions have credit checks performed prior to placement.
• We offer a liberal guarantee for all placements if the appointed Candidate leaves the Client without reasonable cause.
