Approximately 60% of our engagements are for project specific initiatives that have defined scopes and time parameters. On average, 20% of our engagements yield a permanent offer. Another 20% of the engagements begin as a "contract to hire" arrangement whereby the candidate and client wish to "dance" for an initial period to make sure there is a suitable fit.
What is the average length of a Project Executive engagement?
The average project engagement lasts between three and four months. However, engagements have lasted as short as two weeks or as long as 18 months.
What is the typical profile of the Project Executive Exiance supplies?
Roughly 25% of our project engagements require executives at a chief officer level of experience. The balance of executives is primarily at the vice president/director level of compensation. The majority of our executives have earned an average annual compensation of $100,000 or greater.
