• Candidates will be updated on a regular basis on the status of search assignments or contract opportunities.
• Our associates will do their level best to be candid and objective in any and all communications.
• Our associates will do their best to manage the expectations of our Candidates and to be realistic about opportunities available within their field of specialty.

• Any conflict of interest in representing a Candidate will be disclosed prior to representation.
• EXIANCE representatives will not disclose a Candidate's details to third parties without their consent.
• Reference checking will not be conducted without the consent of the Candidate.

• EXIANCE will not charge Candidates fees for representation. All fees are paid by Client companies.
• EXIANCE does not present opportunities to Candidates that our associates have not been engaged to fill (whether on a Contingency or Retained basis).
• EXIANCE associates will do their best to ensure that compensation arrangements are fair and equitable to both parties.

• All Candidates represented by EXIANCE go through a rigorous 6 step quality assurance process.
• ALL Candidates we represent have background checks performed prior to placement. Candidates in Executive positions or Financial positions have credit checks performed prior to placement.
