Shel Hart
Shel received his Bachelor's degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he majored in Industrial Relations and Organizational Development. He spent his early years with a New York-based management consulting firm that specialized in crisis management, training and organizational development, strategic planning, business process reengineering and total quality management.

Shel spent five years with a Fortune 500 consulting and recruitment firm where he managed financial consulting operations. He was also Vice President for another Fortune 500 consulting and executive search firm where he was responsible for consulting and recruitment operations.

Shel was most recently the President of a middle market financial services organization as well as a national specialized recruitment organization. He is the founder and CEO of Exiance.

Shel has served on various professional Boards including the Financial Executives Institute, National Association of Personnel Services, Economic Development Council and was the former President of the Tampa Bay Institute of Management Accountants. He is a frequent speaker on employment trends and various business-related topics.



H. Art Vedner
Art received his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and completed the Stanford University Executive Program. He spent the majority of his career in various executive management roles within a Fortune 500 electric and power generation company.

Art was the Chief Financial Officer for a $2.5B business unit where he played a pivotal role in their growth from $700M to $2.5B in sales. He was also the President for a $300M service business with over 90 locations throughout North America. Art brings a strong financial background and well developed project management skill set to the management team.

Art was most recently a principal for a management consulting and executive search firm in Central Florida. He is active in the community and is involved with the Financial Executives Institute, Orlando Science Center and the Orlando Museum of Arts.




Christopher (Chris) Ranck
Mr. Ranck is the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Siemens Power Generation, Inc., located in Orlando, Florida. This multinational company has in excess of $4 billion in worldwide sales of power generation based products, services and facilities. Previously, Mr. Ranck held a general counsel position for CBS Corporation and a number of legally-oriented positions at its predecessor, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, representing various business groups, companies and subsidiaries both domestic and international, over the past 30 years. Mr. Ranck has served on the boards of both joint ventures and subsidiaries. He has both lectured internationally and authored articles on aspects of in-house corporate practice, on partnering with law firms, as well as on evidentiary privileges, commercial law, international arbitration and litigation matters.

His extensive previous legal experience includes both private practice and federal and state (Maryland) government service. He serves on various civic and not-for-profit boards, and is an advisor to the Corporate Counsel Institute. He is a graduate of Cornell University and an Honors Graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he served on Law Review. He is a member of the Maryland, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bars and is Authorized House Counsel in Florida.
