KRISTA GIACCONE - Firm Administrator

Krista Giaccone has over 10 years of experience within publicly traded and privately held organizations in Central Florida. She has had diverse experiences in operational accounting, administration, client service, and sales support. Her experience within the financial services, banking, and legal communities has given her wide exposure to the Central Florida business community.


Krista maintains the firm's internal controls, financial reporting, cash management, operational accounting, and administrative functions. She also assists in the research and recruitment efforts of key search assignments. Her dedication, diligence, integrity, and positive mental attitude make her an exceptional asset to the Exiance team.


Krista has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Rollins College.





JULIE WILLIAMS, CPA - Project Executives

Julie has over 15 years of diverse experience within public accounting and privately held companies, both domestic and international. She is Florida CPA and spent her early career with a regional public accounting firm where she focused on financial auditing of middle market distribution, manufacturing, and service related organizations. Julie's expertise includes internal controls, financial reporting, cash management, debt restructuring, budgeting, forecasting, and financial system conversions. She has also had exposure to asset sales, divestitures, recapitalizations, and turnaround management.


Prior to joining Exiance, Julie started a successful project based accounting services firm focusing on assisting small and middle market organizations with their accounting and financial requirements. She helped design and implement internal controls, accounting process flows, financial reporting templates, cash forecasting tools, annual operating budgets, and financial models. Through the development of various partnerships with public accounting firms, investment bankers, private equity, and the legal community, the business grew and was subsequently acquired by Exiance.


Prior to starting her own firm, Julie spent 10 years in various financial leadership roles within dynamic privately held organizations ranging in size from $10M to over $700M in sales.


Julie has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Southern College and is an active Florida CPA.





JAMES GORZKA - Technology Solutions

Jim has served in various senior management roles within the Information Technology Recruitment and Solutions industry for the past 30 years after receiving his degree in Information Technology. From regional Technology Solutions Providers to Fortune 500 organizations, Jim has worked within both entrepreneurial and highly structured environments.


Since 1983, Jim has lived and worked in Central Florida and has built a reputation of integrity, quality, and superior client service. His technical breadth, pragmatic style, and tenacity make him an exceptional resource to our clients.


Jim has a unique ability to work within complex environments and effectively communicate with Technology professionals. He has a unique ability to reduce complex scenarios down to practical steps and can effectively articulate the requirements to a third party.


His general business acumen allows him to interact with all levels of management and he has a deep appreciation that technology only enables process. Jim has an excellent reputation for being able to meet and exceed operational objectives through client relationship development, analyzing client needs, recommending solutions, and in sourcing the right talent to execute the plan.




DEBORAH BLACHER - Leadership Development

Deborah has over 15 years of experience in organizational development with specific expertise in: leadership assessment and development, team dynamics and effectiveness, employee engagement and motivation, and workforce acquisition and retention. Deborah is certified in the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) and is a certified 360 degree feedback coach. Throughout her career, Deborah has coached leaders, individuals, and teams to maximize on-the-job performance. Her passion is working with entrepreneurs and business owners to re-energize their leadership capabilities and improve their overall effectiveness.


Prior to joining Exiance, Deborah was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for a Telecommunications, Internet Technology, and Web-Based Software Firm in the Washington, DC area. Prior to that role, Deborah worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various Fortune 500 companies in the defense, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services industries. As a consultant, Deborah designed and delivered training initiatives and human resources programs to international audiences, managed the displacement of human capital and cultural integration that resulted from merger and acquisition activities, coached managers and leaders on employee relations issues, designed and implemented performance management systems, developed Executive Stock Option plans, conducted Training Needs Assessments, and conducted company-wide focus groups in support of long-term change initiatives.


Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Florida. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University, where she taught undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior. Deborah also earned a Certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University.
